The Project
Medical One were looking to move away from their 3rd party online appointments software and create a custom solution of their own to cater for their 13 Medical Centres.
Our Strategy
Working closely with the Medical One team, our strategy was to develop a custom system that integrates into their website with a simple step by step wizard interface to guide older users. Extensive API integration with the Zedmed Practice management software system allows Medical One clinics to manage Doctors varied appointment types and lengths, appointment availability and doctors scheduling in one place. White label customization of the application allows the booking system to be used by other medical practices and apply their brand colours, images and logos making the online appointments system appear their own within the Zedmed PMS.
Delivery
The Online Appointments application or OLA as it’s known, has transformed the booking process for Medical Practices utilising Zedmed Practice Management software. OLA is a full featured booking platform with integrated patient payments, quick book and re-book functionality, user dashboard display with upcoming and past appointment, family member integration and real time appointment availability. OLA is now available as a custom integration for Zedmed users and is available via the clinics website or as a custom app available on the App Store & Google Play.
