The Project
Bin Rescue came to us with a start-up business idea to provide a bin service for people that needed their bins taken out and brought back in. They wanted an easy to use app so customers could book the service and drivers could complete it.
Our Strategy
Working closely with our client, our strategy was to create a multi-faceted system with a homeowner app catering for older users that has an approachable, user friendly interface and was simple to use for less tech savvy users. A driver app was created with automated job allocation, driver alerts, geo-location of postcode boundaries, in-car navigation, driver notes and job completion status.
Delivery
A public facing marketing website as created to bring the system together and an extensive client admin system created for seamless behind the scenes operations. Expansion of the suite has now included a property management portal incorporating multi-site management for aged care, strata-titled premises and holiday rental management.
